37 years of marketing and assembling industrial, commercial, investment and development properties in the Fraser Valley is a lot of experience.
Throughout this period Evan has done it all: selling, leasing, project management, property management, home builder, developer, money raiser, corporate director, investor, arbitrator, real estate consultant and still a perennial student. In the meantime he has managed to raise 5 kids - with just a little help from his wife of 44 years. He has been a 9-year volunteer director of the Fraser Real Estate Board chairing various committees ranging from Business Practices to Computer Research, a 5-year director of his company's mortgage investment arm, a director of Langley Family Services, a 9-year facilitator of "School for Parents," a former director of the Langley Community Chorus and 7 years as a director of Gemco Minerals Inc., an industrial minerals firm registered in the US

He is the recipient of many awards in the real estate industry. Aside from numerous "President's Awards" as one of the annual top ten producers within the firm, his greatest tributes have been as the Realtor of the Year grant by the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and the Award of Merit granted by the Commercial Division of that Board.
